With my background of owning companies for over 35-years as well as investing in and selling business I have owned I have learned great lessons as a CPA, CFO and CEO. This firm was created to leverage my prior experience to assist business owners as a long-term trusted advisor in the business financial arena. My passion is coaching business leaders to grow revenue, margin, profit, cash flow and ultimately the value of their companies. Whether this is for a 120-year-old multi-generational family legacy company or a startup with a great idea and in need of capital, I serve the gap between the owners, CEO and finance team. I have expertise in growing companies, preparing them for a sale transition and obtaining capital and optimal debt structure. During my career I have worked with hundreds of business enterprises and provided counsel to buyers and sellers of companies to maximize the value and resulting after tax cash. My career has allowed me to train internal staff, identifying required staff and sourcing and selecting candidates ranging from entry level staff to senior C suite finance executives. I offer this service to clients who need assistance in building a strong team. My passion in working with business owners has been the culmination of preparing the business for sale and successfully transitioning the ownership, with the rewards optimized for the seller.
