I am a highly motivated and driven manager with the ability to work on my own or lead a team. I have over 10 years experience in sales and management across a number of different industries. I am a natural leader and am well liked as a person. I can make difficult decisions with or without the need to consult others and am more than happy to be held accountable for them. I strive to be the best at what I do and am open to any new ideas to ensure that this happens. I am well presented and have no difficulty in dealing with both large groups or individuals. My ultimate goal is to lead and manage a company into future success and my next challenge should help me achieve upper management and set the foundations for directorship level within the next 5 years.
