A versatile, proactive electrically biased multi-disciplined engineer with over 10 years of Project Management experience with a varied portfolio of small to medium scale projects (£10,000 - £1.2M) utilising the local Supply Chain of preferred contractors and Tender Procurement within military and civilian industry. Projects ranged from upgrade of equipment to complex electrical and mechanical refurbishments with internal and external stakeholders. Adept in the recording and production of meeting minutes, a lateral problem solving methodology, a good listener with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of individual projects and business strategy. Experience of working within a multi-national environment including interviewing, employee appraisals, implementation of good working practices, training programmes and electrical design. A fully qualified electrician with proven experience at all levels of a project team from tradesman through designer to project manager in junior and middle management roles.
