David Blossom

Mr. Blossom has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in interventional medical devices. He worked for 5 years at Procter &a; Gamble Corporation before moving onto Boston Scientific Corporation in several senior sales and marketing roles within the vascular division for over 8 years. During his tenure with Boston Scientific Vascular, he was responsible globally for the venous disease/vena cava filter product line, which ultimately became the market leader in this highly competitive product category. After Boston Scientific, David co-founded a start up company and later joined Covidien/Aspect Medical Systems in various senior marketing roles. At Covidien/Aspect Medical Systems, he successfully contributed to the company’s growth from a $20 million annual revenue business to $110 million resulting in an acquisition from Covidien. Prior to joining InspireMD, Mr. Blossom served as Executive Vice President of Coronary Business at Cappella Medical Systems where he worked with Cardiologists around the world developing solutions for the treatment of complex coronary artery disease. Mr. Blossom earned his Bachelors degree from New Mexico State University and Masters degree from Louisiana State University.
