David was formerly a partner with Ernst & Young Consulting and Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (1985-2002) following an initial career in the Victorian Public Service (1967 – 1985) where he progressed to the senior executive service in the then Department of Lands and Department of Community Services. Interspersed with his professional career David has been an active board member/chairman of a number of not for profit organisations.
