Over 20 years of IT experience, including service desk, technician, engineer, architect and manager. Significant work in the ITSM space, including process review, design, training and support, specifically using the ITIL framework. Most recent focus (4 years) has been on managing the deployment of the ServiceNow software as a service (Saas) platform across diverse industries and varied scopes.
