I am a highly empathetic team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Technically able and highly creative, I am a completer finisher, and an excellent communicator. I bring more than a decade’s experience of digital design and the marketing communications industry. Currently in a UI/UX role which demands I make complex communications and interactions simple and accessible, my key career achievements include: - Securing additional revenue through innovation, including a £2m p/a contract with Roche, for my firm in the UK, the USA and APAC. - Mentoring, coaching and performance managing my team members to improve both their technical and business skills. - Working with both client and internal teams to increase awareness of the demands of UI/UX design, reducing risks, speeding delivery and boosting sales. - Mastering a very broad range of technical skills and languages, while boosting team project management capabilities through process design and upskilling.
