David began his career in the United Kingdom studying and working as a Quantity Surveyor since 2006. A decade later David has now been providing professional services to the construction and real estate industry in Canada for more than 8 years, working on various building asset classes, stages of design, methods of procurement, and construction progress. David settled into life in Canada after moving from the UK following the successful completion of a Quantity Surveying BSc (Hons) Degree. He holds a Professional Quantity Surveyor designation and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and also a Permanent Resident of Canada. During his time as a cost consultant David has not only provided professional services but has consistently promoted the benefits of tailored cost consulting services to specifically assist Client’s. He has also successfully formed and maintained industry relationships throughout his Career. Key areas of experience: Past and present project exposure in Canada has provided David with a platform for cost planning and analytical skills for mixed use, retail, residential, office, industrial, hotel, performing arts, data centres, health facilities, recreation, and education institution mandates.
