David Couto

David Couto is an licensed Senior Architect and Project Manager with 20 years of experience. He has provided project management, design, production and construction administration services on a wide variety of projects throughout Ontario and brings a wealth of knowledge in the realm of education, public and security & defence sector projects. As a project manager David has lead multidisciplinary teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and subject matter experts, within an integrated design process. Utilizing a variety of methods such as Design Build, Design-Bid-Build, Integrated Design Process and Public Private Partnerships, he has been involved in all aspects of project delivery from project initiation, through design development and construction. Creative and methodical by nature David has leveraged sound business acumen, strong client relationships, financial and risk management principles to bring to successful completion a number projects, programs and initiatives throughout his career. David’s professional success to date has relied on his ability to develop relationships based on mutual respect, integrity, reliability and accountability.
