• Design and deploy customized cloud based system for new clients while reducing client cost and increasing performance. • Design and administer Microsoft Active Directory for clients in order to fit individual company needs. • Migrate new clients from existing metal infrastructure into cloud based environment without compromising data or end user experience. • Work with clients to analyze computing and network needs and design appropriate solutions within each organization's budget. • Develop IT strategic vision and drive key departmental objectives. • Serve as operating system expert, providing technical support for entire organization as well as all Cloud based clients. • Design, document and execute maintenance procedures, including system upgrades, patch management and system backups. • Develop and maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams to provide management with proper understanding of organizational needs. • Provide technical support to both in-house staff and user departments for all network applications. Streamline existing infrastructure to improve performance and reduce operating cost.
