I am a IT professional with over 15 years experience in management roles across an array of teams and complex technologies including SAP, Oracle and various Cybersecurity solutions. These key elements have involved defining/delivering strategic vision for cloud solutions ,delivery of major transformational initiatives and cost effective delivery of complex solutions. Core components of global ‘best practice strategy’ have been identified and recommended .This aided in driving cost efficiency and superior class of service which was achieved through common goal alignment and streamlining business /technology processes. I have also implemented IT operational models allowing the businesses to be more flexible, respond quickly and effectively to clients business requirements. I have an extremely strong track record of integrating strategies, organizations, business processes, systems, applications ,hardware, middleware, data, storage and people and have used my extensive experience at management level to motivate diverse teams, communicate strategies and implement business objectives for financial institutions, government department and corporate clients on time within budget and with quality. I have been defined as a distinctive leader among my team because of out of the box thinking, swift problem solving, well informed decision making and team-based management. This mostly comes from my ability to identify their desires and strengths and match them with assignments in which they are most productive and will also challenge them in areas for development.
