David Fleming

I am an experienced Executive who has co-founded start-ups and new divisions across a variety of industries and for companies of all sizes. Consistently delivered on each investors’ pursuit of growth and new lines of revenue through my core skills:  Strategic thinking  Designing customer validated business models and go to market plans  Executing on integrated marketing campaigns that grow brand equity whilst delivering short and long term revenue  Strategic selling  Key account management I complement these skills with a curious mind, positive attitude, dogged persistence and the learnings only co-founding multiple start-ups can teach. Professional achievements I am most proud of:  Co-founding ZipID in 2013, a start up that navigated through the valley of death to be acquired 100% by Veda Australia (now Equifax) in 2015.  Establishing ZipID’s repeatable and scalable business model, resulting in CAGR of 50% per year over past the 4 years  Leading 2 global businesses launch in Australia, growing each business through persistence, teamwork and applying best practice start up principles to exceed the planned forecasts.  Designing and then leading the brand positioning, customer value proposition and go to market plan for 4 of my last employers / businesses.  Leading and then winning business changing opportunities and customers, including “Best Job in the World” for ISM and Commercialisation Australia Grant for ZipID  Being consistently recognised by my peers as a team player who adapts to different work environments and positively contributes to a company’s culture I enjoy connecting with individuals or businesses that approach traditional problems in an innovative way, ideally through the introduction of game changing technology.
