In my previous role as an IT Assistant prior to my working service years, my duties include Provision of every day administration support including proofreading, data entry, distributing incoming mails, processed outgoing mails and operating printers, fax and copiers, maintained accurate and complete documentations for company policies and procedures, repaired equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users. I was designated to Greet customers and address their requests due to my high level of communication skill.
