I’m a UX Designer who has gained qualifications up to Masters level in building digital experiences. I’ve advised leading global tech’ brands such as Google, Lenovo, Cisco, Sage within my previous role as a Creative Director at a top 10 Ad agency within the Digital team on user experience projects. This has in turn led me to share my learnings as a guest speaker at UCFB Wembley stadium on the topics of UX and digital marketing on a number of occasions. I am now within the world of fin-tech where I am helping Vanquis Bank provide a better digital experience for their millions of customers.I wasn’t always a designer having initially started out as a qualified tax adviser working for the likes of Standard Chartered Bank and Grant Thornton. I realised pretty early on that words and pictures were far more beautiful than numbers and statistics.I believe a good UX-er can come from any walk of life; I pride myself in my passion for learning and research, technical skill of the programs I use and creative flair of the designs I present to deliver the best user-experiences.
