Have been fortunate to have managed some of the most recognizable mixed use and high-rise properties in the US including the Peachtree Center (2.5+ million square foot mixed use 8 building complex) Atlanta, Georgia during the addition of the food court and Marquis Office tower addtions; ABC Entertainment Center, Century City, California; Centre Square (2+ million square foot 2 tower mixed use complex during its $100 million renovation in the 1980's) Philadelphia, PA and the MetLife Building (Formerly the PanAm building, a 2.8+ million square foot high rise building located directly above the Grand Central Station) NY, NY during its major interior rehabilitation in the 1990's. Was granted the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate management in 1983. Have been associated with some of the more prominent third party management firms in the US including Coldwell Banker and Colliers. Also have extensive experience with REIT's including Mack-Cali and BioMed Realty and with syndicator Montgomery Realty Investors.
