As a Sr. Technical writer, I have experience in developing OL, IL and Operational technical literature for systems and applications. I have the ability of studying independently and fast, view systems with broad perspective, working in multidisciplinary environment, working with graphics designers and editors to develop graphics and media for technical literature. My key ability and experience in this position was to execute customer training sessions and courses as a Technical Instructor. Previously, I provided system testing as a quality assurance engineer for software/hardware systems and client server based systems.
