I have a wide range of skills from practical Electrical and IT knowledge through to senior management skills both operational and strategic. Project Management is at the heart of my experience and has been key to the success of critical projects with demanding deadlines across all sectors. I have been heavily involved change management in many businesses and have worked closely with operatives, unions and management to achieve challenging changes. My experiences have been across many sectors, Government, in particular military working on a wide range of projects, Technology working with INTEL to provide robust systems to support manufacturing, Petrochemical, Mobil Oil in the design of systems supporting critical safety systems in the production of Oil based products, IT working with most major providers of Data Traffic in the design and delivery of critical systems, Central and Local Government along with Global and Central Banking, BACS, BNP Paribas. I thrive on a challenge and believe my range of experiences in terms of working with people, managing projects, managing expectations and delivering results would fit well in most businesses; I have a practical approach to problem solving and work well across all disciplines and staff at all levels.
