I'm an experienced and successful Chief Technology Officer with a proven track record of delivering complex and challenging large scale digital transformation projects. I love working at all levels within and outside the organisation, including Client, Main Board, Product, Engineering, Technical and support teams. I'm particularly proud of the fact that over time I've gained a reputation for delivering against challenging KPI's and targets. My experience is predominantly in technological leadership, leading software, technology and product development teams in education and people-based systems. I am comfortable managing both central and geographically dispersed teams. Having just completed a significant project, I'm looking to explore exciting opportunities in ambitious organisations that value their people and reward excellence. Of critical importance is that I've made sure that the pace of transition matched and exceeded the expectations of all stakeholders and fostered community development.
