I am a highly experienced financial due diligence specialist. I have worked on a large range of businesses in many sectors, ranging from large multi nationals to small owner managed businesses. I spent 16 years at what is now PwC,undertaking my first financial due diligence assignment way back in 1988. One of the highlights of my time at PwC was being seconded for 6 months to a listed group to help with the succesful sale of one of it's divisions to US buyers. I spent some time in industry, working as Commercial Director in divisions of two listed utility groups,before joining RSM UK (formerly Baker Tilly) in 2003 as a Corporate Finance Director in their financial due diligence team.
