Senior roles during this time have included Chief Executive of St Just Enterprises Limited, a private development company, General Manager of the Kiwi Property Group commercial portfolio 2011-2016 (then valued at $800 m) and 2016-2020, Project Director of the $1.0 billion Commercial Bay development in downtown Auckland. I have now taken over ownership and operation of Anglesey Associates, a property consultancy which has operated since 1990, and will offer sound, practical and independent property advice across a wide range of disciplines.
