I am currently working. In 2015 I performed duties as an Help Desk Computer Technician for the Laveen Elementary School District until October 2019. I retired from the City of Phoenix in 2015, after 30 years of service and have worked in both the in the Information Technology field and Water Services business operations. I have over 15 years of experience implementing and supporting large enterprise applications; developing reports using SSRS or similar tools; implementing and supporting complex integration's between large enterprise applications all while working in the Water Services Department. I have been working with Oracle Utilities Suite of Products such as Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Work Order and Asset Management (WAM) for over 5 years. Over the past year I have extended my knowledge of Oracle products to include Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI). I have experience in converting crystal reports to BI publisher as part of CC&B project. As an Information Technology Analyst Programmer II I have developed and conducted several training's and presentations. As a Senior Utilities Applications System Specialist, I was the lead technical support for the Oracle Product Suite. I have also developed support documentation for items such as disaster recovery plans, standard operating procedures, routine maintenance update procedures, batch schedules, and support/escalation plans. Responsibilities included: Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Event Management, and Access Management.
