I am Developments Director at Ballymore Group, an Ireland-based international property development company.With over 25 years of experience, my track record includes leading individual development projects of up to €1Bn, with portfolios in excess of €4Bn, and having leadership responsibilities for developments across 7 countries worldwide.My core expertise lies in:1. The delivery of large commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use developments in the Irish, UK and international real estate and development markets.2. Development & development management.3. Negotiating acquisitions of prime real estate.I have held senior leadership roles in organisations such as Treasury Holdings, Burlington Real Estate as well as my current role within Ballymore Group, and I have deep, long-lasting relationships with business leaders, lawyers, financial/funding institutions, agents, architects/design teams, local authorities, contractors.Over the past 10 years some of my achievements include:1. Overseeing the delivery of over 2 million square feet of real estate.2. Successfully negotiating and realising the sale of over €800m of real estate to the international markets.3.
