HOW CAN I HELP YOU? Typically I help leaders of small to medium-sized organisations/divisions suffering from one or more of the following: 🚩 Some feel isolated and would value a trusted advisor to be a strategic sounding board, committed advocate and critical friend. They need a strategic business partner with a breadth of commercial experience and expertise to help realise their vision. 🚩 Others feel time-poor, fear that they are too focused internally, not doing what they love nor maximising their strategic opportunities. They need a finance and operations leader, who has a focus on detail, to communicate a vision and inspire their people to keep improving stuff and get stuff done. 🚩 And a few are just stuck in the fog. WHAT HAVE I ACHIEVED? ✅ Successfully supported owner-managers to scale and sell their businesses twice: - As Commercial Director, P&MM to Sodexo for £41m with a P/E ratio of 20, in doing so trebling divisional revenue and profit and launching two new businesses. - As Finance Director, Archer Young to P&MM achieving an exit for the private equity investor. ✅ Led a team to group and individual success through a major transformation programme by communicating a compelling vision and authentic values-based leadership. ✅ Delivered change projects to re-design business models, re-engineer processes, implement systems and transform products. WHO AM I? ℹ️ I have a breadth of business skills and experience, I am more than just a top 4 qualified Chartered Accountant. In addition to an infectious laugh, I have flourished in board and executive team positions across finance, operations, commercial and governance roles. ℹ️ My purpose is to inspire trust and belief, in people and teams, so that we realise our potential.
