I work with property owners who have a need to enhance or crystallise the value of their interests through the planning process for both public and private sector clients. This is achieved by working collaboratively with clients from the outset of the project to understand their aspirations so that an appropriate planning strategy can be identified that delivers a viable and implementable solution. My role is both as a member of a wider design team and project manager for the planning process to provide the client with planning and development advice which balances planning risk against programme and financial pressures. I have been involved in a wide range of instructions, predominantly across London and the home counties, each with their own unique challenges. Recent Instructions include Estate Regeneration schemes, land promotion, previously developed land, complex green belt sites, permitted development, residential-led mixed use developments, listed buildings, CIL, and public/private sector joint ventures. I am also a qualified APC assessor for the Royal Town Planning Institute. When not working, my time is typically spent on the football pitch or squash court.
