I have a broad skill set that includes corporate tax, pass through tax and strategic federal tax. I have worked across many industries and has managed small to very large projects. I have over 17 years of experience in taxation with an emphasis in corporate income tax compliance, income tax provision (ASC 740) and Strategic Federal Tax Services, which include R&D Tax Credit, Tangible Property Regulations, UNICAP (Inventory Capitalization), Cost Segregation Services, Tax Impact of ASC 606 and 842, and general Methods and Periods. I have prepared, reviewed and managed the preparation of federal and state tax returns and income tax provisions for a broad range of business entities, which cover various industries, including corporations, partnerships and individuals. I have served clients through tax planning and compliance for companies in a variety of industries including retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, real estate, technology and professional services.
