Seasoned Chief of Party (COP), monitoring, evaluation, analysis, and learning (MEAL) and private sector engagement (PSE) expert, with experience in over 25 countries. As the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Integra, led a three fold increase contract awards and served as the Project Director/COP for multiple U.S. government clients including USAID, Department of Labor, Department of State, and Millennium Challenge Corporation. As COP of the Learning, Evaluation and Analysis project (LEAP III), successfully led over 80 distinct activities; and received constantly strong client reviews for extraordinary responsiveness, a high command of USG regulations, and high-quality technical delivery.
