Leadership has been at the helm throughout my career journey. It has been one of my greatest and effective tools that has taught how to approach and perceive situations, when to act, when to wait, how to deal with people and find resolutions. It has become the backbone of my acquired wisdom. My passions are in team building, collaboration and management. I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy. I am also passionate in coaching/mentoring/ building team relationships. As the motto goes, "we all win as a team and lose as a team". I have a Transformational Leadership style. Bringing change in individuals, creating value, developing, inspiring and assist positive change is one of my end goals. Lastly, I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person, I like to stay in the constantly learning and growing lane. My 20+ years of finance and accounting experience, mixed in with inventory control and project management has given me a steady consistency of diverse industry knowledge throughout my career path.
