I have a strong background in Safety and I take safety serious. I'm also a CDL Driving Instructor and certified in the Smith System. I believe diversity, equity and inclusion are essential in any organization and must be part of your business plan to be successful. A diverse workforce is key to attract and retain talent. I am not shy when it comes to public speaking and I lead by example. I have managerial courage and never turn a blind eye when it comes to Safety. I also have courage to speak up if I hear something that is inappropriate or could be viewed as discrimination. I'm openly gay and I'm also an ally.
