My keenness is for Software development and technology. I've always had a passion for playing with new frameworks looking into new processes and POC'ing ideas for what we can build. Life gets busier the older I get so Its hard to find the time to play around between work and family, but i do make an effort to break down and rebuild my personal website every now and again (thedawie.com). When I'm not coding and not with my family, I try to rest my mind in the gym. As much as I love eating and drinking I use the gym as a balance in my life, it give me focus and me time. What I look for in a company and in a team is a place to learn, share and grow. I get my fuel off peoples energy and when they share the same passion when building a product.
