With over fifteen years experience working in the fitness industry, I started my career by helping set up and establish a service department in a new UK office. This led me to Life Fitness UK, the market leader in the industry, managing the day to day of our field service teams, making sure they are hitting their targets and KPIs, helping and supporting them with everything they need to be the best in the business. Managing our ISO, providing them with everything they need to be part of our team. I provide technical support for customers and staff internally, and externally. Bringing the gap between technicians and customer support, providing advice, guidance, training and support on all Life Fitness brands and products. Including Cybex, ICG, Scifit and Hammer Strength. I am an accredited Life Fitness trainer, and part of the UK training team, writing, preparing, presenting and delivering all training for on-boarding technicians and customer support, ISOs and our internal and external service teams. Providing training material and guidance for our teams in EMEA, ISBU and APAC. I provide on-site and in house training for our key accounts and customers. Covering product, maintenance and software training. I work with our field, and internal teams, as well as colleagues across ISBU and the US, supporting our teams on all technical issues, providing data, information, documents and advice on products and processes. Stock inventory management for all technicians and ISOs. Monitoring van profiles and stock usage. Gathering data and providing regular updates on where we can better our targets.
