As the Office Manager of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte, I am privileged to be part of a company that values my skills and challenges me to grow. With a background in both digital marketing and small business sales and management, I am able to apply my knowledge and experience to develop and implement utilizable training and service strategies. My extensive experience in marketing gives me a different perspective when scheduling appointments, evaluating productivity, proposing new procedures, and developing and managing vendor relationships. I teach the employees I manage that all roles intersect with each other under the umbrella of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte’s marketing and branding messages. The company’s shared emphasis on sales and service creates a commonality among the team. Our service model is evolving; we continually evaluate new strategies to provide the best product, service, or experience. Our highest priority is developing customer relationships by demonstrating our consistent, value-driven service.
