Past Global Head of Sustainability and Climate Change at Mott MacDonald, currently leading the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Group in embedding sustainability in the organisation purpose, strategy and operations. Board Member of the UN Global Compact UK Network. I am the Chair of the Committee on Engineering and the Environment at the World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO) representing the engineering voice on climate change with United Nations agencies (UNFCC, UNESCO) and bringing my experience of international cooperation. Recognised leader in sustainability, leadership and change management. During my entire career, I have been working on creating and delivering value for companies on corporate sustainability; leadership and transformational change in organisations; the impact of climate change on corporate strategies, TCFD; companies' action to tackle social inequality and the changing role of business in society; the use of sustainability to de-risk investments, manage reputational risks and build brand enhancement; ESG. My passion is to help companies and individuals who lead in their business transformation to embrace sustainability, with a strong drive on results, crafting compelling overarching narratives and embedding them in organisations through change management and empowered leadership to create growth, innovation and operational efficiency. A British and Italian citizen, I am based in London with global mobility. Multilingual (English, Italian, Spanish), experienced of multicultural environments and interested in global current affairs. Former instructor of ski mountaineering in the Alps.
