Dr. Rianda is a passionate researcher and educator on maternal and child health and nutrition, especially to support the first 1000 days of life. In 2020, she founded Lab Pintar (@labpintar), an Indonesian-based startup aiming to promote evidence-based decision-making among parents for smart and healthy generations.She received her MD and Master of Nutrition from Universitas Indonesia. She is a researcher at the Human Nutrition Research Center, Indonesian Medical Education and Research Institute (HNRC-IMERI), Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia. Currently, she has been working as the project coordinator of a randomized controlled trial investigating the promotion of maternal gut microbiota on fetal and child cognitive development (BRAVE Project), which involves 300 pregnant mothers in Jakarta, Indonesia.
