I'm a highly motivated professional with years experience of managing and encouraging everyone around me to grow. I started out my career 6 years working as an events and bar manager for heathcoates and co. Organising events as well as being very hands on in the running and setting up during and after the events (being so committed to the job i was doing 80 hours +) a week. After i decided to have a change of company and started working for greene king where i got promoted in the first week of working for the company because my manager saw i had great leadership qualities. Both jobs have helped me grow as a person and even though i've decided recently to try get out of hospitality i know the skills I've learned in customer service will always follow.
