I am fully committed to ensuring social housing receives the respect and status of other forms of housing. That tenants are provided with training and have opportunities, which enable them to be fully involved in all aspects of the management and development of their homes and community. That those people working and living in the sector feel both involved and valued. That organisations provide high quality services, meeting and exceeding sector standards and tenant expectations. I am passionate about ensuring good quality training for both staff and service users; the development of dynamic services and ensuring that the workplace is a professional,positive environment to work in, where service users can expect and do receive the best possible service from us. My aim is always to see people achieve their potential whoever and where ever that may be.
