1) Holistic ownership of the development of Supply Chain Partners’ (suppliers) capacity development in terms of quality, aligned with H&M PO strategy that leads to delivering customer centric product through quality systems and methods. 2) Partner with assortment/s teams and have a great understanding of individual customer expectations, which you translate to our suppliers and support creating their quality capabilities. 3) With a growth mindset, continuously work towards efficient processes such as root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and drive supplier ownership in all areas. 4) Drive & conduct trainings/ workshops aimed at improving supplier’s quality processes and methods through coaching of their teams. 5) Drive projects and activities with H&M functions and suppliers such as supplier self-reliance with quality end to end in mind, develop manufacturing guidelines, Standard operated system to bring efficiency and speed to enable business growth.1) Conduct Pre Production meetings on certain orders with the supplier/ Factory 6) Conduct Inspection 7) Sample comments and follow up (Development to Counter sample ) 8) Conduct Quality audit. 9) Lead Auditor course (IRCA approved) on Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008.
