* Hands on recruitment experience across levels with specialisation in middle and senior search mandates. * Understanding the client's requirement & sourcing profiles from different sources like Job Portals, LinkedIn, Networking, and References & Headhunting. * Projecting the client details & the job openings to the candidates in a crystal clear manner. * Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary interview (Candidate Assessment) prior to sending it to the client. * Vigorous follow-up with shortlisted candidates to make sure 100% joining ratio. * Experience in attendance management, training and development, organisational development, performance management, Reward and recognition, succession * Provide support to Human Resources Managers for major programs such as merit planning, succession planning, and employee record keeping. * Manage the on boarding process. * Manage the status change process. * Responsible for maintaining employee’s personal data. * Manage employee relations issues for the site.
