I have extensive experience in leading change through the development and execution of strategic programs, primarily in global customer support organizations for recognized technology companies. This experience includes designing new business systems, process re-engineering and collaborating across organizations to improve profitability. My management experience includes leading teams of up to 45 people. I particularly like working in customer support organizations or in a customer-facing role.
