Debra Coffie

A dedicated, detail-oriented and highly experienced manager, Debra Coffie has been an asset to Alliant National’s staff and operations in the Florida region for nearly 12 years. Debra began her work with Alliant National as an Assistant Agency Manager in 2009, before transitioning to Vice President, Florida State Manager and finally to her current position of Senior Vice President, Florida Regional Manager. With a diverse skill set, comprehensive knowledge of the real estate field and deep understanding of the particulars of title insurance, Debra leads Alliant National’s Florida team. Some of her responsibilities include spearheading business development, sourcing new agents to write for Alliant National, as well as guiding and growing the company’s educational and marketing initiatives. She resides in Oviedo, Florida. She has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of three children plus six grandchildren, and counting!
