Debra Kaltiainen, CFP, PCC

As a Sales Coach, Debra cares about the success of the leaders and financial advisors she is supporting. She has great pride in her ability to build relationships and help others. Debra strives to elevate leader and advisor accountability and by so doing, helps them self identify their own areas of professional development to build their own path to greatness. Debra is currently working towards the International Coaching Federation accreditation. Away from work, Debra Ann has been an active community member. She served on the board, finance and special events committees of Sudbury’s YMCA. She’s been a member of Rotary, the Big Sister and Big Brother organization, and a Dragonboat festival team leader. She cut back on her community work to help care for her elderly parents. She enjoys the company of her family being long walks and camping with her husband Ken and two dogs, Piper and Cooper
