Over the last several years I have acquired skills in administrative and human resource capacity, I have acquired excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. As a former retail sales manager, I was able to identify problems and offer real world resolutions within constrained timelines. I am results driven with great time management skills. In my previous roles as an assistant buyer and retail manager I had to be resourceful and responsible for making sure my workload was done in a timely manner. My roles were to managed and make decisions that impacted a $75 million dollar business financially with positive revenue. I had complete autonomy on driving sales and producing the best product assortment. I am comfortable dealing with customers, supervisors and management team. My strongest interests are sourcing, recruitment, budget analysis and, career development and training. While this will be my first official job title in HR/Administrative, I have gained experience with HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, on boarding and training. I believe with my undergrad degree in business mangemenat and future Master Business Adminstration in human reseource these skills will transfer seemly into HR/Administrative role.
