As a business professional, with over 18 years of experience in the health care industry I have a passion for healthcare and all its intricacies. I enjoy working with a group of individuals with knowledge and a desire to promote excellent service to our ailing population. My experience has given me compassion toward our employees and ailing population but also the experience in developing a financially viable, clinically and culturally serving operation that has positive outcomes. As Executive Director, my experience has taught me a variety of techniques used to create strategic operational planning, marketing and sales plans, and account identification and awareness (market research). The experience and techniques promote positive operational outcomes.
