Identification of Problems & Remedial Measures, Start up / shut down of plants, Creation of MOC, Monitoring of Daily Performance, Execution of test runs(PGTR), Ensures Energy Conservation/ Chemical Consumption, catalyst consumption. Planning and scheduling of operation. Bottlenecks and debottlenecking modification schemes. Process Safety, Hazards identification and Preparation of risk assessment (RA) sheet Attending RCA Committee meetings and follow up of recommendations / Near miss reporting Preparation of Operating Manual/ Standard Operating procedures/Pocket Manual/ Emergency/Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning Procedures.
