I am a confident Claim Manager, within the natural disaster insurance sector. I pride myself on the friendly and informed service I provide my customers. The job satisfaction I get from resolving a customer’s claim, that not only meets the client’s needs but exceeds their expectations is immensely rewarding. I have very strong problem solving capabilities, and often use non-linear thinking to resolve complex claims. I am confident in my approach of interpreting and implementing legislation on a daily basis, as well as explaining this information to my client base. Additionally, my computer skills are comprehensive and I am comfortable in learning new programs and database systems quickly. I work best in a team environment and feed off the enthusiasm of those around me. I’m a sociable person who makes friends easily and enjoys interacting with anyone and everyone from Loss Adjusters, Engineers, customers and the general public.
