My experience in the field and the boardroom are underpinned by administrative excellence and advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. I recently supported public health in British Columbia by developing a strategy for COVID-19 management within industrial settings. Then, I led the industry vaccine program to deliver over 30,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to workers in the construction, oil and gas, silviculture, and marine industries. Prior to that, as Corporate HSSE Manager at LNG Canada, I optimized an annual budget of $3M to deliver emergency response training programs and facilitate wider training delivery across seven global locations. I also oversaw continuity planning at a strategic level while maintaining alignment with project risks and served as coordinator and Executive Advisors for the LNG Canada Crisis Management Team and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving an exemplary 95% satisfaction rating during 125 days of COVID-19 response efforts. Prior to these roles, I led an enhanced incident analysis program to identify trends within the Royal Dutch Shell organization from a holistic perspective; and managed a portfolio of OHS Management Systems supporting a 5,000-employee business operating across Canada, the USA, Argentina, and China.
