While the majority of my career is in the corporate arena for payroll consulting, managing payroll, system conversions and in various accounting positions. My passion is in working to make sure guests and / or workers alike enjoy their experience. In addition to my payroll background, my H/R skillset entails recruiting, benefits administration and administering 401K plans. I've owned a restaurant, was a landlord after purchasing and renovating the building, I managed a Caribbean beach villa including but not limited to sales and reservations for the 7 bedroom beach villa with concierge services. I am certified in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook and Project 2010. Paying attention to detail, listening to others and accuracy are my strong suits.
