I’m known as a purposeful, outcome-oriented HealthCare Delivery Executive, with broad and deep expertise working in Fortune 100 organizations. I focused my career on advancing the voice of the customer to radically change healthcare product strategy and services, at the intersection of Health Payers and Quality Care Delivery. Healthcare transformation is personal to me, and I intentionally focus on Home Care Transformation, Value Based care models and Digital Solutions. My colleagues often refer to me as a visionary leader and a master connector, who is as much of a strategist as a “hands-on solution implementer”. Key accomplishments include: • People & Culture Transformation: Advanced employee engagement strategies. Certified in facilitating UnitedHealth Groups’ culture to coach and mentor high performance teams across the enterprise. • Facilitated growth across Optum Products with UnitedHealthcare. Developed deep CEO relationships and led innovative payer and provider strategies with Optum’s Physician Network. • Telehealth Adoption: Led the design team of a customer centric E2E telehealth and home-based care experience focused on a new virtual care business model across all 50 states. Supported the rapid advancement of live video visits during COVID-19. • Payment Integrity: Collaborated to create the largest outsourced payment integrity business in the United States. I’ve been fortunate to play key leadership roles helping to build amazing brands (Optum, UHC, Microsoft) and restore great companies (Safeco & PEMCO) to profitable growth and high levels of customer satisfaction. I chose to be in healthcare after a horrific end of life experience for my mother. I believe in advocating for the right change to radically change the system and never lose sight of those we serve – the patients. Passionate about underserved populations and access to quality healthcare, I serve as Board Director and Past Chair of PROVAIL's Board, and as the Past Chair and current member of the American Heart Assoc., Go Red for Women’s Philanthropic Giving Society, in Washington state.
