Biologist with more than eight years of experience in Environmental Impact. I have taken part in the design, coordination, managing of sub-contractors and development of baseline studies for a great number of projects in different sectors especially in Power, Oil and Gas; as well as the elaboration of technical documents such as: Environmental Impact Assessments, supporting technical studies for land use change on forest land (ETJ), Red Flag reports, Environmental and Social Due Diligences, Phase I Due Diligence, Gap Analysis, Environmental Surveillance Programs and Environmental Diagnosis and Characterizations, among others. I have created long term relationships with authorities and clients. I have knowledge of environmental legislation, management of geographic information systems to produce thematic mapping and analysis and processing of satellite images and in vegetal ecology, sampling, collecting and identifying vegetal species from temperate forest, tropical forest and desert scrub. As an HSSE Advisor, I supported the implementation of SASISOPA (HSE MS), for all SEEM (Shell Exploración y Extracción México) projects which is a mandatory system to keep Shell’s license to operate in the country. This role required active interaction and advocacy with local authorities.
