* Experienced with process control, equipment automation, and information systems engineering, including power electrical, controls, and information groups project management, as well as multidisciplinary project management * Extensive knowledge of process and control and information technologies/applications within the dairy, coffee, pipeline, mining, waste water, and power industries. * Experience as the corporate senior electrical engineer/project engineer/Engineering Manager for a growing multi-plant cheese and dry whey products company developing overall company control and information standards, implementing these into projects, and leading the maintenance of these systems. * A proven leader with well-developed written/oral communication skills and results oriented problem-solving abilities while working in cross functional collaborative team environments. * Knowledgeable in the planning and management of project construction and startups in operational food facilities while adhering to WDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, FSMA requirements and needs * Experienced with the design, purchasing, programming and testing, installation, startup, and maintenance of PLC based control and automation systems * Knowledgeable in the development and use of Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), Single Lines electrical distribution drawings, analog and digital controls, PLC, PC, visual basic, relay and DCS based control systems and Operator Interfaces (HMI). * Familiar with the design, installation, administration and support of multiple Ethernet LANs (wired, fiber optic, wireless), and more than 150 Process environment PCs (Win XP, Win 7) * Accomplished many projects that included the design, installation, administration and support of SCADA systems with remote phone and Ethernet access. * Experienced with linking plant data and operations systems to corporate MIS/ERP Systems for supply chain management, production scheduling and quality control.
