During my professional career, so far, I had to privilege to work for well-known multinationals. This allowed me to work with divers, multinational teams. The nature of my work required me to work cross function, cross level, cross expertise. In everything I do, I try to help the organization to increase performance, focus, efficiency and effectiveness by designing and implementing HR and Reward solutions that are fit for purpose, in line with relevant governance and state of the art.
